
Cancellation Policy
At Tip Top Hair Design Ashby, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure that all our clients receive the attention they deserve, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations with More Than 48 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and provide more than 48 hours notice, there will be no charge. We appreciate your timely communication.

Cancellations with Less Than 48 Hours Notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 25% of the service cost. This is to account for the time reserved for you, which could have been offered to another client.

Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. Due to the short notice, it's challenging to fill the time slot, and this fee helps compensate for the loss.

No-Show Appointments: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without providing any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. This fee is to cover the time and resources reserved for you.
We understand that sometimes life happens, and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
